The common paint brush nail are Common Iron Nails, Stainless steel nail and Plating copper nail. In normal conditions,
the size is around 6 mm to 10 mm and the diameter is around 1.1mm to 1.4mm.
Common nails:
Surface treatment: polishing, painting, zinc-plating
Material : low carbon steel Q195，Q215，Q235
Performance: degree of curvature≥90º, surface polished or electroplated, corrosion resistance, rust resistance.
Specification and model : length 9.52mm - 88.90mm , diameter : 0.9mm - 6.5mm
Features: flat hat, round pole, diamond tip, smooth surface, strong rust resistance.
Stainless steel nail :
Material :
(1) "low nickel" 201 stainless steel, suitable for using in dry environment, easy to rust in water.
(2)304 ‘Austenitic’ stainless steel, suitable for using in wet environment, corrosion and acid resistance.
(3)316 ‘Austenitic’ stainless steel, adding molybdenum, more corrosion resistance, especially suitable for seawater and chemical medium.
Performance: degree of curvature ≥ 75º
Features: corrosion-resistance, heat-resistance.
