What is synthetic bristles?
Synthetic bristles is not natural bristle like the pig hair, horse tail, goat hair, it is made of PBT, PET, PP, nylon material. Unlike the natural hair, synthetic bristles have no cuticle and don’t readily absorb oils or Powdery pigments. This makes them a great choice for use with cream or liquid products like foundation or concealer.
Why customers now choosing synthetic bristles not natural bristle, first, it is much cheaper than natural bristle, considering the cost, customers choose this.
Second Synthetic bristles is more better using in water based painting which is more better for environment
At the moment, synthetic bristles are most using for making paint brush, artist paint brush, make up brush. Synthetic bristles can adjust the diameter. For example: 0.07mm can be used for make up brush, 0.10mm can be used for artist paint brush, 0.16mm can be used for paint brush. 0.4mm can be used for industrial brush.
